* Wireless Telephones - Wireless handsets are generally expected not to experience Y2K problems. However, the FCC was
concerned by its small sample size and indications that a large gap exists between the Y2K readiness of large and small wireless
companies.

* Cable Television - Large and medium-sized systems indicated plans to complete Y2K repairs and testing by summer 1999, but many
smaller operators anticipate extending their testing into December. Some also indicated that they face resource constraints.

* Broadcast Television and Radio - The data suggested that Y2K-related broadcast interruptions would likely be isolated, but that
large and small broadcasters were ahead of medium-sized companies in their preparedness.

* Satellite - Although less than half of satellite operators submitted complete responses, the FCC reported that Y2K problems would probably not affect satellites in orbit.
