Gee Laurence, got a chip on your shoulder or something? Most of us
"rockers" are quite aware of Bach and his contributions to classical
music. You sound quite condescending, and completly ignorant of the
fact that many younger listeners that like contemporary music, also like
to listen to classical. The format would not do nearly as well in this
market if there weren't younger people listening. Oh, and one more
thing, your one man crusade to take pot shots at WCRB at every
opportunity is getting old. If you lived in most of the other markets
around the country that have NO full time classical station, and you
didn't have a computer, you'd wish you had a WCRB to listen to. The
"nose in the air" thing really is not becoming. Lighten up.
