WCAP Technical Problems??

I've noticed while tuning in to WCAP off and on during the last 2 weeks
that they sound awful(audiowise,that is).The audio sounds to me like what a
wireless microphone sounds like when the 9 volt battery is dying.The audio
level is fairly low also.Possibly a transmitter problem??? Maybe our
resident WCAP experts,Bill O'Neill or Dave Faneuf can elaborate,if they
know anything about what's happening.
