Scare Tactics working for MPTV

This morning's Portland Press Herald reported that a poll by Critical 
Insights of Portland shows that support has increased significantly for the 
bond issue to help fund digital TV conversion for Maine Public Television.  
In September, a poll by the firm showed 55 percent rejecting that bond issue 
and only 34 percent supporting it. But the latest poll shows that 51 percent 
of likely voters support the bond and 36 percent oppose it.
