History of Radio Question

I am hoping that someone out there can help me reduce
the workload that I encountered the other day.  My
nephew is doing a term paper for school and he was
asking for topics and I suggested doing one on the
history of radio.  Well, when I began looking at
search engines on the Net I realized that there are
more locations than you could shake a stick at, and
not knowing if these site actually have accurate
enough info that would be useful.  So, my question to
all of you is: Do any of you know of a GOOD site that
would help him out? or Are there any good books that
might be useful?  Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
