It still is.  I even saw a TV commercial this weekend that indicated that
they were now "Mix 93.1" with WHYN in small type on the bottom of the
screen.  On the air, they are still "93 WHYN", playing Gloria Estefan
records and the same wimpy AC sounding jingles.  Maybe it's a work in
process, I don't know.  Should be interesting.
