Two comments here:
1) - How can it be done RIGHT NOW (unless you work IN your car) (i.e.: taxi 
driver)
2) - Do it RIGHT NOW?  as in immediately, doing it fast....   Changing the 
dial fast enough so you don't stumble across 99.1 WPLM........   :)
