That depends largely, I think, on whether or not DTV is a success.
Remember, after 2006 all TV stations will be digital UHF stations, and it
won't matter whether the original analog stations were VHF or UHF.
However, I think you're probably right. Look for broadcast TV, whether
digital or not, to become increasingly irrelevant in a world increasingly
served by cable and satellite TV.
