I would say Mel KArmazin....because he is epitomizing the changed face of
radio in the past year.  Also, becuase he controls so many stations now.....

How many stations are in the Infinity/CBS/Westinghouse/ARS/Whatever stable
now?

Locally Richie Balsbaugh helped shape the industry before he sold his
position.  I believe he still has an office in Boston, and is looking to get
back in.
