do you mean "as advertisers"? or as "robbery victims"? <g>

SmarTraveler can be accessed by *1 with either BAM or CellOne, so it is
workable.
It does seem like a brilliant approach to filling up the drive time
lines. What is next... *969 >>
*1 for SmartTraveler only connects you to the recorded info line, where you
can select a route and direction, and receive the most recent "business hour"
update that was left. usually generic. there is a direct dial number (with
a Cambridge 494 exchange) that puts those of us without CellOne (yes, there
are people who don't use CellOne in Boston...) into the SmartTraveler ops
center, the equivalent of the free *1030 call. in our house, we have a
Sprint PCS phone for me, up and down 95... works fine. my wife has a CellOne
phone, but CellOne changes "companies" at the NH/Maine line. Coming north,
CellOne Boston becomes Vanguard Cellular One (soon to be AT&T wireless...
effective maybe Monday 8/16...) cross that big bridge, and depending on who
you have for provider, the "free call" disappears, and you get hit with the
roaming charges too.
actually, *969 did ring in to the old WBCS (931-1150). but it wasn't free...
and it didn't tell you the last number of the girl.... never mind. (sorry
donna).
great to have you back from Ohio... hope the trip was fun.
