Speaking of 970, there is an example of a dismal night signal going
south of Scarborough! If the "Lone Stick" could have had a night
license it would have a killer signal! Hence the days when that puppy
was pushing out 5,000 watts! It would go from pre-sunrise power at 250
watts to 5,000 watts and blow torch a car radio in Kennebunk!
