actually, the Phoenix ran their first ad almost two months ago seeking 
staff... writers, a/e's, office, graphics, et al...   that was the "paper" 
version, though.  
isn't it weird that the Maine Sunday Telegram ( a Blethen family newspaper ) 
would 
take money from what could possibly be direct, and most welcome, competition.
(read the op/ed page of the Portland Newspapers.  the only thing missing just 
about 
every time is the emoticon  :-)     ))
