WCAP audio

If you get to dial over, the WCAP (980 Lowell) audio has been, er, not
too swell the past few weeks. Signal-wise, right up there, but the
audio has been shallow, inconsistent. Soon to be improved, I hear,
with a Compellor at the studio and a new Optimod at the farm. The
main (Harris AM-5 has been pretty much gone over as with the tuning,
etc.)
