CTV does not have an Atlantic time zone feed (CBC-TV does), so they get
their CTV prime time programming an hour later (local time) than the rest
of Canada. I don't have my reference books here with me at work, but I
seem to remember CTV on Ch 9 in Halfax. It's quite possible that they were
airing Wheel at 7PM (local).
