Since the vast majority of Boston's urban community lives south of
 downtown...they should have no problem attracting a large audience there,
  and with little or no advertising needed to promote it.... word of mouth
  will work wonders for them...remember it isn't that far down Rte 28 from
 Mattapan to Brockton.
