Ffld County CT - WEBE/WICC sale

WEBE 107.9 FM and WICC 600 AM are being sold to Auroa Communications LLC of 
New Canaan.  Aurora is a newly formed company created by Frank Osborn, Frank 
Washington and Bank of America Capital Investments.

Frank Osborn went into broadcast ownership after being GM at NBC's WYNY-FM in 
NYC in the early 80s.

Stations VP & GM Vince Cremona told the Connecticut Post "listeners shouldn't 
expect any changes to the station lineups."

M.L. Media bought WEBE (known as WeeBee 108) in 1987 for $12 million.  Two 
years later M.L. bought WICC from Tribune Broadcasting for $6 million.
