This is exactly WHY there are no more Norm Nathans or Larry Glicks making it 
big on radio in America anymore.    Larry Glick (now residing in Florida) is 
feeling the pain of this grim reality.  Norm passed away before realizing 
such pain.   Wish they were both prospering on the air now....
