I believe this action was to try to force MediaOne to carry Channel 8 in
most NH Communities.
For some unknown reason, MediaOne says it is forced by FCC to carry Channel
27 in these communities, because they are Suburbs of Boston, not Portland
area. Of course we know that Presque Isle is a suburb of Boston :)
