Exit 2 of I-93 in New Hampshire exits on to Pelham Road in Salem NH.
Perhaps that's where the reporters meant.

Kinda like MA Route 2, which has two exits named Pleasant St. that
are different roads in different towns.  Gotta love New England driving!
