The Underground Network. Oh yeh, that lasted for...15 minutes! :)
I think the concept was okay. But when Ron Morey, the owner of the
company(Jarad Broadcasting) appointed his two young(early 20s)
sons to run and market a radio network, it was the biggest joke
in the industry. They did manage to get affils in some far
away places like New Mexico but inexperience and complete
mismanagement pretty much closed down the shop in 1997. 
Today, Jarad's simulcast WLIR 92.7(Garden City,LI)/WDRE
98.5(Westhampton, LI)
is at the bottom of the barrel of the Long Island market.
