Radio Unica is expanding fast as it builds its national Spanish-language
net. Boston, Philly and Detroit are the only Top10 markets where it
doesn't yet own a signal. Last week it got into the Chicago market
by buying 1-on-1's WIDB AM 950 -- $16.8 million(1-on-1 bought it for
$9.8
million from PAR Holdings in December '97). This is the second
station 1-on-1 sold to Radio Unica -- they sold Miami WNMA-AM last year.
Starting today, the only way you can hear One-On-One in Chicago, its
homebase, is on a suburban WJKL-FM which One-On-One is leasing out
from 6am to 4pm(CST).

I'm sure WNRB-AM would fetch $10-$15 million at this point.
