I dealt with them in Tampa briefly, and tring to get a check cut from the
home office is like pulling teeth.

What I have heard from people in Chicago is this.... there has been some
talk of One on One either selling or converting Boston and New York to a
similar ESPN format now on at WMVP ( AM 1000) Chicago......and calling them
ESPN-NY, ESPN-Boston etc. If this indeed happens, 1510 could give WEEI fits,
and ESPN would at least have a decent local signal in NY, though the FAN is
just a monster.

I am more concerned on a personal and professonal level with the clowns who
overbid on the Red Sox TV contract...I hope the Red Sox got the $$$$ up
front because they are going to lose their shirts.
