But aren't a lot of the positioners trademarked as a part of a prepackaged
format? For example, when WOAZ was "The Oasis", it was a part of a
packaged format that included consulting on the music, the image, etc. If
you went into other markets that used the same consultants (ie. Dallas) and
bought the "Oasis" package, you heard pretty much the same stuff. Likewise
the same thing with the "KISS" and "River" formats. This, of course,
differs from satellite programming as the station is originated locally.
