Citadel's January White Sale

My Oregon correspondent tells me:

Citadel appears to be getting out of the small market biz.  
Apparently Citadel has sold 25 small market stations to 
Marathon Media - reportedly stations in State College, PA;  
Billings, MT; Tri-Cities, WA; and Eugene & Medford, OR.

Citadel allegedly needs the $26 million to pay off its debts.

Word is that Marathon is giving the staff pink slips, listeners 
the bird and studio facility landlords due notice.

Any confirmation?
