Wire Ready offers "Storm Ready", but it's not shareware, since you need to have
Wire Ready to run it.  We've used it several times so far this winter in
Portland.  With a little fine tuning it seems to be ok.  However, I'm sure that
it would not be too difficult to come up with a program that can do about the
same thing . . .  not that I'm about to do it anytime soon. :)
