Quite so.  And the Blue Line station at Government Center/Scollay Square
used to be "Scollay Under."  In fact, there's still a "Scollay Under" sign
that can be seen beyond the platform on one side.

Just go down the stairs to the Blue Line platform, turn left, and look
beyond the barrier at the end of that platform.  Beyond the barrier is what
used to be part of a longer platform, and on the wall is a "Scollay Under"
sign.
