No Phones at Kiss 108

Well, I see that the Kiss announcers are doing radio the old fashioned way
this weekend--  no requests, no phoners, no contests-- the jocks have been
saying nobody can call in because the phone lines are down.  Does anybody
know if this is because of the storm the other day?
