Why are those cue tones audible on Mutual affiliates as opposed to CBS or
ABC affiliates? (or those of any other network, not counting one-on-one
sports or radio disney?)
I always thought it was a board op who wasn't quick with his hands to turn
the pots down...until i did a college radio show where i used to run abc
news and paul harvey in my time slot as regular features (news, sports
with jonnie holliday (which isn't heard on WABC-New york).
The mickey mouse news network didn't have those boo-doop tones. Hmmm
