Let's put it bluntly: 1430 will *never* do their own
local programming. I approached the OM there about
2 years ago about airing high school football and 
basketball games; they wanted $1000 for a night-
time slot which can reach maybe Revere, Malden,
Everett, and Chelsea. I laughed when he gave me 
the rate. (Their excuse was that they had to 
adjust their own ad schedule greatly, an ad
schedule which was likely filled with make-goods 
from KISS 108.)
