When I turned in today, "The Shopping Channel" was gone and AM 900 WJJB was
simulcasting WCLZ-FM. By the way, they did run a proper legal ID for both
stations! I assume that this is temporary and Scott is correct that the
station will soon be simulcating WJAE. I predicted such a move when Fuller-
Jeffrey purchased the station earlier this year. The combination makes sense
and will provide needed coverage in eastern Cumberland County.

WJJB is also now staying on the air 24 hours per day. For the last few years,
despite having 24 hour authorization, AM 900 was signing off two hours after
sunset each day. WJAE's signal is basically unlistenable in Brunswick at
night so WJJB will allow listeners in Brunswick to hear night time sports
games. WJAE carries the Red Sox, Bruins, Patriots, and Celtics, if the NBA
ever has a season.
