That's quite a history of the station.  Are they still owned by Brian
Jackson?  i thought he played a part in the only other station that I
recall ever trying an urban format... in the early '80's, WOKO briefly
went from country to UC.

My history with the format in Albany was that people were afraid to try
it as they feared problems selling it to advertisers.  Any buzz about
that?
