You are so right.  WQEW is a great radio station:  I've always admired
them for a number of reasons:

- -they didn't sell out to reach the lowest common denominator -- they
could have easily done another format, or attempted to go to a different
format... but they have stuck with their guns over the years.

- -the best audio quality of any current AM station (IMHO)

- -tight formatics, no BS.

- -live programs... live performing artists in their studios.

12/27 will be a sad day.
