I think I remember that spot! I also remember picking
up a promotional card at a Radio Shack or something;
the card was a chart of the FM dial, with the then-
current call letters of the various stations...
and, at the top in BIG letters, WWEL 108
and some sort of slogan. Lost that card many years
ago; too bad I did. Would be sorta interesting to
see at least the different call letters of the
stations at that time.

And speaking of WJIB, I distinctly remember seeing
a TV commercial promoting the WJIB Christmas
Festival Of Music. No big deal, other than the
fact that the ad aired...in July. Oops. (Unless
they really wanted to give advance notice!)
