WHUE and WHUE-FM were owned by General Cinema, a
major movie theater chain based in Chestnut Hill. I
remember seeing a print ad for them which said,
"Beautiful Music for YOU" (as in "hue"). I think the
WSNY calls were probably were short for "sunny".

I also remember their CNN incarnation; they basically
carried the sound portion of CNN Headline News.
