Was it once an FCC reg. that FMers licensed to bcast in stereo couldn't go
mono without logging it?  I recall at WJUL checking the old Symetrix
exciter/stereo gen. pilot at each XMTR reading every two hours.  (Along with
reflected power during those icy nights!)
