John, I dialed the 877-313-TALK telephone number Monday AM to enter their
"$100 of lottery tickets" contest. It worked fine for that purpose, anyway.
(PS: I did not win)

Subject: WGIR - Bad
In spite of WGIR soliciting listeners to call in traffic / news tips on
their toll free 877-313-8255, during morning drive time, in five attempts,
I have yet to get anyone to pickup. This even after a minimum of ten and a
maximum of 25 rings. On three occasions, I dropped at dime,..... errrr
querter and a dime, and called through on the announced non-toll free
number and got an answer by the third call. This has been my experience
over the last four or five weeks.
Looks although the toll free number is being pushed, there is nobody
answering at WGIR, at least not on their 35 cents.
