I had the 98 cents. Now I had to decide whether to buy Little Darlin' (The
Diamonds) or Come Go With Me (The Del-Vikings). They were both at the Top of
The Top 40 (on WMEX, WCOP, and WHIL). I chose Little Darlin'. Many years later
I finally satisfied my craving for the other one by getting it on some
compilation CD - and it was a lot more than 98 cents! Listened to all that
stuff on my Lafayette AM-FM radio ($29.95). NO Rock & Roll/Top 40 on FM in
those days! I think there was a law against it!! :-)
