Would like to know what it is they will be transmitting? Probably the
equivalent to an NTSC signal (SDTV). Keeps the FCC happy that they went on the
air and made the deadline.
The FCC has a complete table on every licensed station and what channel they
are on. How much power and HOW MUCH THEIR AUDIENCE WILL BE REDUCED.
