Skywaves are wild...

Tonight anyone tuning in Ch. 2 TV would have noticed the periods of
co-channel interference creeping in, (horizontal lines) and then
receding again.

The AM radio was a mess up and down the band with the S-meter fluttering
wildly - even at 3333 kHz, CHU Canadian Time Signal was readable but
unstable.

Current Solar-Cycle to peak out in the year 2003 - expect more "stormy
periods."
