91.7fm in Manchester Nh

Saturday (9/12) at 11PM and Sunday (9/13) between 5-6PM, 91.7FM in
Manchester was simulcasting WEVO. The TOH ID did NOT reference 91.7 (as you
may be aware, WEVO mentions its 90.3 Nashua and 104.3 Dover translators w/o
calls during the TOH ID along with the WEVN Keene (90.7) and WEVH Hanover
(91.3) "full power" signals.

No mention of 91.7 was made, and in fact, the ID started as WEVO
Concord-Manchester....

The Elliot database still lists WRND (Notre Dame College) as the 91.7
signal.

Has NHPR purchased 91.7/Manchester? OR is WRND simply simulcasting?

Note that the 91.7 signal had been off the air for a considerable length of
time (1 year +?).
