This could be true.  Most of the CBS O&O news stations do this.  "85 degrees
at Independence Mall, KYW news time 2:15."  WCBS-New York has similar
phrasing.  Maybe the powers that be at BZ are tweaking the formatics a bit in
preparation for the fall book.  (or I could be way off base here...)
