The FCC database shows them as "planned station not applied for" of
4 watts nighttime. But I've seen other listings like this when in fact the
light-bulb power (night-light light-bulb power, in this case) is licensed
and on the air. And I think I've heard WGFP at night when driving by there
on the Mass Pike, although now that I see how low their nighttime
authorization is (if any), I wonder if they had turned down the power when
I've heard them.
