And it works on the other end of the spectrum, too.  Compare the billings
of Kiss 108 to Jam'n.  Kiss is always one of the top billers in the market,
Jam'n trails badly, even though Jam'n often beats Kiss 12+.  Trouble is
almost all of their audience is teens, and the rest is under 25...another
audience that advertisers aren't exactly beating down doors to reach.
