     All I can say is that WMUR-TV ought to be ashamed of itself.  If
the man can do his job and can be reasonably able to speak distinctly,
there should be NO reason to fire him.  Speaking as a stroke survivor
and as a person with some small residual speech impairement, I can
feel what Mr. Gordon is feeling right now.  It sounds very WRONG, IMHO.
     If I were him, I would check the Americans With Disablities Act
(ADA) and see what his legal options would be.  I'll be watching this
story, VERY CAREFULLY !!
