Yes, that's who it was.  If I'm remembering it correctly, he wasn't
dismissed, but was moved to weekends.  And they outright told him that he
was getting too old, and they wanted a younger image.  He won either a
verdict or a settlement in his favor.  I don't remember whether he got his
old job back or not.
