Don't I recall Channel 5 running Oprah at 5 until they switched to the
three
30-minute newscasts in 1995? I think you're eventually going to see this
trend of all these newscasts reverse itself, and see the 5 p.m. hour
filled
with non-news programming again.

As one poster wrote in reference to Channel 7, the "show" (it's not a
newscast, it's a show) goes on.
