I wanted to congratulate WXRV for getting a 0.7 in the latest ratings. Actually, I'm a bit mystified. WXRV is a station that I hear lots of people say they *love*. (Some on this very mailing list!) So many that I would expect them to perform better in the ARB's. BM ------------------------------
