For $100k you get someone like Jeff Katz.  

Not exactly a guarantee of virtually instant ratings like Dr. Laura.

(The only high-point of getting a 'Jeff Katz', is that you can sell ALL
the spots yourself.  With Dr. Laura, you have to give up some of them to
the network.  So it's a trad-off and a business decision.)
