Re: NBC and World series Broadcasts

This thread reminds me of an aircheck I have of the Red Sox/Cincinnati
Reds playoff game on October 14, 1975.  Ned Martin (working for NBC) was
interrupted twice by NBC Hotline Reports when President Ford's car was
struck by a civilian vehicle during a motorcade in Hartford, CT.  It
wasn't funny then, but it seems funny now....
