A slight correction to this list.  Minneapolis is actually Market #14.
Nassau/Suffolk is now Market 16.  This of course will all change this fall
when the Boston market leaps to number 6 or 7 with the integration of the
Worcester market.  

Another interesting addition.  Arbitron is going to add Puerto Rico as a
market, and it will be Market 11!!!  I wonder if they have an all news
station?  :)
